The room was so basic it was like staying in a broom closet. The noise from the road was unbearable, but somehow, they still expect you to enjoy their 'luxurious' experience. They could have at least offered me a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but clearly comfort is not on their agenda.

They provided complimentary transportation to the entrance of Pamukkale. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the fine travertines.
Wi-Fi was occasionally unstable.

A very nice hotel in a quiet area but close to the travertines. Friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable owner. Excellent Turkish home cooking. I especially enjoyed the fresh trout. After an exhausting hike in 40 degreesC through the travertines Aspawa offers you a cool swimming pool amd airco in the room.

The pool was a wonderful retreat after sightseeing (especially refreshing!). The staff were friendly and eager to help. The location was just a short stroll to the Pamukkale entrance!
Only cash payments could be made, a slight inconvenience.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and greet you as soon as you arrive. This is a basic hotel that is a five minute walk from the travertines. The dinner is excellent if you choose to eat there. The rooms are a decent size and the water pressure and hot water is good. The price is incredible for what you get.
If you do not like a hard/firm bed and pillow, this may not be the right place for you.

The owners. Osman and his family were cute and helped with everything, even offering free rides to the Pamukkale entrance. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the travertine terraces. I loved the homemade breakfast every morning. It was delicious and generous. The room was comfortable, though it felt a bit small for our family of four. The pool provided a nice refresh after a day of exploring the area, but it could get crowded at times. Although our experience was mostly positive, there could be a bit more attention to room cleanliness on occasion.

Hotel is old but clean, family run, quite friendly. Food is good. Owner let us check out later than regular time. Meets basic needs, nothing luxurious. Good for budget travellers.

Recommend it for families with children
The AC in our room worked perfectly , keeping us comfortable after long days exploring.
It wasn't exactly a steal , but for the experience and hospitality , it was acceptable.
